Why Support FLD?

Supporting the Lutheran Foundation of Diakonia (FLD) means standing up for the belief that all people have the right to exist and to have a good life, that diversity must be recognized and protected, and that everyone should have the opportunity to pursue their life projects and aspirations. It means recognizing that, in the face of inequality, injustice, and violence, action rooted in courage, solidarity, and commitment is essential.

For decades, FLD has worked alongside communities and groups experiencing vulnerability, strengthening life projects that transform realities and create lasting social impact. Through Transformative Diakonia, FLD brings together faith and action in the pursuit of justice, human rights, and abundant life for all.
